	Prof MGK Menon, President, Global Schools Foundation Prof Menon has had a distinguished career as a scientist and policy maker. He has held a number of prominent appointments including Secretary, Department of Science and Technology; Secretary, Department of Electronics; Member, Planning Commission and Scientific Adviser to the Prime Minister. He is the recipient of prestigious awards such as the Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan. He was also the Chairman of Board of Governors, IIT Bombay from 1997 to 2003

	Justice C S Dharmadhikari, Vice President, Global Schools Foundation Justice Dharmadhikari is the Former Chief Justice of Mumbai High Court. He is on the board of several Mahatma Gandhi foundations and trusts, and is a Trustee of the Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation. He is also the Member of the Selection Committee for Vice Chancellors in various universities and the Trustee of Global Schools Foundation. He is a proud recipient of the Padma Bhushan.

	Chandu Borde, Vice President, Global Schools Foundation Mr Borde is ex-Captain, Indian National Cricket team. He was Chairman of the Selection Committee, Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI) for two terms. In July 2007, he was appointed as the Manager of the Indian National Team. He has received various awards including Arjuna award, Maharashtra Bhushan and also the India's highest civilian award Padma Bhushan in 1988.

	Atul Temurnikar, Chairman and Co-Founder, Global Schools Foundation Mr Temurnikar is the Co-Founder of the Global Schools Foundation of Singapore, which pioneered the Indian education in South East Asia. He heads the Management of Foundations' initiatives as Chairman (Administrative Board) and oversees the various schools. He continues as Director of several IT companies in Singapore and India and has served IBM Singapore as Country Manager.

	Piyush Gupta, Governing Board Member, Global Schools Foundation Mr Gupta is the CEO and Director of DBS Group Holdings and DBS Bank Ltd. Prior to joining DBS, Mr Gupta was the CEO of Citibank for South East Asia-Pacific, Australia and New Zealand. Mr Gupta serves on the boards of The Institute of Banking and Finance, Dr Goh Keng Swee Scholarship Fund and MasterCard Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa Regional Advisory Board. He is also an advisory board member of Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics.

	Inderjit Singh, Governing Board Member, Global Schools Foundation Mr Singh is Member of Parliament, Government of Singapore, Council Member of Nanyang Technological University, Deputy Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee of the Ministry of Finance and Trade and Industry, Board Member of SPRING (Standards, Productivity and Innovation for Growth) Singapore and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

	Maneesh Tripathi, Governing Board Member, Global Schools Foundation Mr Tripathi has more than 22 years of work experience and has worked in three continents across this tenure. Spanning a career with IBM of over a decade in Singapore and Asia Pacific, Mr Tripathi has held various prestigious positions, the last being the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a US$ 100 million IBM acquisition – Internet Security System, for Asia pacific managing 17 countries. Prior to IBM, Mr. Maneesh has worked with MNCs like Philips and WIPRO in India and was the Founding Country managers/CEO of the Thakral Systems (TCPL) in India. He has served in the Middle East & Saudi with ISI Ltd.

	Kaustubh Bodhankar, DyCEO, Global Schools Foundation Mr Bodhankar was Business Head, Indonesia Operations for Thermax Ltd. He brings with him more than ten years of management experience in manufacturing and services sector. Mr Bodhankar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and a magna cum laude Masters in Business Management diploma from the Asian Institute of Management.

	Harish Doraiswamy, Dy CEO & COO, Global Schools Foundation Mr Doraiswamy brings over 23 years of diversified experience in multiple industries. He has previously worked in education industry with Educomp's Takshila & Roots to Wings Division as CEO, in sports industry with Adidas India as a COO & IMG New Delhi as a Vice-president Business Development, with media such as Zee News Limited as a CEO, in Financial sector such as GE Capital as Business Transformation Manager & Bank of America Chennai, and FMCG sector such as Unilever India Chennai.
